Do you always wondered about how to make Quark. Well it is not very hard to make. We will show you how to make Quark with buttermilk and with yoghurt. The cost is

We distinguish between thermophilia (warm temperature) and mesophilia (normal temperature) loving cultures. Yoghurt loves it warmer than buttermilk, that means it will be faster
done, but it will need a more controlled environment.
