1 cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick of butter
about 1 cup bread crumbs
Steam the cauliflower for about 20-30 minutes. Heat the butter in a small saucepan. When it has
reached boiling temperature add the bread crumbs. Brown the bread crumbs an add more crumbs as the butter emerges. You should end up with a thick topping. Pour immediately over the cauliflower.
Topping will thicken more while cooling.
